In the field of ITC-ILO activities, CSS-Ebla is involved in the organization of few meetings in the territory of Langhe (Piedmont). There are two events in particular planned for March 8th that want to compare two different supply chains although belonging to the same territory: the wine one that already reached international and tourist success and the hazelnuts one, that is foundamental for the local tradition.
The first meeting “Policies and strategies. Experiences of wine-producing toursim and selling” is attended by Giorgio Ferrero, Assessor of Agricultural policies; Mauro Carbone, manager of Ente Turismo Alba, Bra, Langhe e Roero; Roberta Ceretto, owner of Ceretto Vini, its headquarters is the location that host the meeting.
The second one instead is about the Alta Langa, the main topic is “the creation and the management of the short supply chain. The hazelnuts case”. This meeting is attended by Emanuele Canaparo, owner of the farm “Nocciola d’Elite” and by Gianfranco Carosso, Municipality of Bra.
