The Research Centre Silvia Santagata, in collaboration with Piedmont region and “Stupinigi Fertile”, organizes a day dedicated to the rural development supply chains in the frame of the “Global Academy on Green Economy” on October 10th, 2016. This academy consists of a training program aimed to support and share sustainable topics and professions linked to the green economy and it is attended by 120 professionals and delegates of international institutions in the sector of the Green Economy. The Global Academy on Green Economy is promoted by the International Labour Organization (ILO) in collaboration with the Partnership on Action on Green Economy (PAGE) and also with some of the United Nations Agencies, among them: the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) that work on the topics of the UN 2030 Agenda Sustainable Development.
