Building on the results of the 2018–2022 Strategic Plan, Fondazione Santagata updates the strategic guidelines and objectives of the Centro Conservazione e Restauro “La Venaria Reale” for the 2022–2025 period.
Context
The Centro Conservazione e Restauro, located in the former 18th-century Stables and Riding School of the monumental complex of La Venaria Reale, was established in 2005 as an institute for advanced training and research in the field of conservation and restoration of cultural heritage. Its Founding Members include the Ministry of Culture, the Piedmont Region, the Metropolitan City of Turin, the Municipality of Turin, the Municipality of Venaria, the University of Turin, Compagnia di San Paolo, and the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Torino.
In early 2018, the Centre launched a review of its strategic planning, resulting in the Strategic Plan as its guiding document. The Plan identifies three main areas of action: Innovation, Internationalisation, and Culture.
