More specifically the work focused on the guidelines’ draft for the complete management of the site, based on the indications of the Consultative Assembly of The Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities and Tourism (MiBACT) for the definition of the Italian model of Management Plans for Cultural Heritage registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List (2004), in which Walter Santagata also participated. According to analysis conducted on the local economic system and on the stakeholders of the territory, beyond the structure of the plan also the strategic areas where to act, goals system, action plans and those projects for the future management of the site have been identified. The results of the work have been included in the management plan that has been presented with the application file UNESCO The Vineyard landscape of Piedmont: Langhe-Roero e Monferrato that was registered in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2014.
