Fondazione Santagata supports Fondazione Cosso in developing the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan and guiding an internal reorganisation process.

Context

Fondazione Cosso is based in the Castello di Miradolo and operates in various fields: art, music, nature, education, and social engagement. These “five souls,” constantly in dialogue with one another, are designed to create a broad and high-level cultural offering, rooted in research and experimentation, and tailored for families, schools, vulnerable groups, and visitors of all ages.

Objectives

With the support of Fondazione Santagata, Fondazione Cosso is developing a Strategic Plan for the period 2025-2028, conceived as a guiding tool for cultural programming and organisational review. Over the years, Fondazione Cosso has deeply integrated itself into the local area, becoming a key reference point for the enhancement of cultural and natural heritage through its work at the Castello and Park of Miradolo. The strategic plan aims to strengthen the Foundation’s vision by consolidating its five souls and structuring them in a way that ensures organisational, managerial, and economic sustainability.

Work Phases

The drafting process of the Strategic Plan involves several phases, in which Fondazione Santagata is responsible for:

  • Context Analysis – In-depth study of the cultural landscape and emerging challenges to identify opportunities and threats relevant to Fondazione Cosso.
  • Definition of Strategic Objectives – Identification of operational priorities and specific targets, considering available resources and development potential.
  • Action Planning – Development of concrete and measurable actions aimed at supporting the institution’s growth and expanding its activities.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation – Creation of monitoring tools to ensure constant tracking of progress and achieved results, facilitating the adoption of any necessary adjustments.

Expected Results / Impact

Based on a thorough analysis of the context and ongoing changes, the Strategic Plan will define strategic directions, objectives, and actions, while also providing a progressive monitoring tool for tracking results. The ultimate goal is to enhance management oversight and future developments, strengthening the institution and expanding its scope of action.
