Tourism and Economic Diversification among World Heritage sites

The fifth International workshop dedicated to Tourism on UNESCO World Heritage “Tourisme et Diversification Economique Dans Les Sites Du Patrimonie Mondial” has been hosted in Paris on December 10th, 2014 and it has been promoted by the Chaire UNESCO «Culture, Tourisme, Développement», by the IREST and the EIREST of the Paris-Sorbonne University, by the “Association des biens français du patrimoine mondial”, by the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and ICOMOS France. The Research Centre Silvia Santagata – CSS-EBLA worked in the field of the workshop and drafted the volume “A la recherche de voies de développement durable pour le site UNESCO de Venise: Le cas du district culturel de Murano et de sa marque collective” (pp. 61-68) and “Creative atmosphere in Piedmont vineyards: new opportunities for local development” (pp. 108/113).
