HEY Ivrea! is an initiative developed as part of the community development program aimed at engaging high school students in Ivrea. Its goal is to inspire younger generations to connect with and appreciate the cultural and social values of the UNESCO site “Ivrea, Industrial City of the 20th Century.”
2023 Edition
Nearly one hundred students from Ivrea’s Botta and Gramsci high schools participated in this year’s event. Divided into teams, they tackled challenges and explored opportunities tied to Ivrea’s UNESCO designation, competing in a friendly and constructive environment.
Participants worked within the spaces of the OFFICINA H University Hub to develop projects around the themes of “narrative and community” and “innovation and cultural offerings.”

The second edition of HEY IVREA! includes:
Hackathon: a day of workshops for local schools to rethink the future of the UNESCO Site.
Olivetti Lab: a call for ideas to enhance the cultural and industrial heritage of the Site, focusing on knowledge, community, and development.
