Fondazione Santagata is honoured to announce its participation in the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) Community of Practice “SciArt in Education”, held in Brussels from May 27th to 29th. This event brings together leading institutions and experts to explore the intersection of science, art, and education, fostering innovative approaches and collaborative projects.

We are particularly enthusiastic about presenting our latest research project “4c – Culture and Creative Carbon Cut” during the public session “SciArt in Higher Education” on May 28th. This initiative represents a significant step forward in our mission to integrate cultural and creative strategies for a just ecological transition. By leveraging the power of culture, we aim to concretely address the climate crisis and contribute to global efforts in reducing our impact on the environment.

The final day of the event will feature a collective roundtable, where we will engage with other participants to discuss deliverables for 2024 and propose new projects for the Community of Practice. This roundtable offers an exceptional opportunity to share best practices, learn from international peers, and enhance collaborative efforts. We are committed to driving meaningful impact on both society and the environment, reinforcing our dedication to a just transition.

Fondazione Santagata’s involvement in this initiative underscores its commitment to driving meaningful impact on both society and the environment, reinforcing our dedication to a just transition.
