Fondazione Santagata at Hiroshima Mon Amour for the operational workshop of the 3rd edition of the program

March 25, 2025 – Fondazione Santagata at Hiroshima Mon Amour for the operational workshop of the third edition of Change – Decarbonising Culture, the training program promoted by Fondazione Santagata, held this year under the patronage of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network Italy and in collaboration with Hiroshima Mon Amour.

Following the introduction by Alessandro Roggero, who presented the organization’s initiatives and provided useful insights to frame the case study, the day moved into its core activities with a tour of the Hiroshima venue, allowing participants to gain a closer understanding of the organization.

The workshop then unfolded through group work sessions focused on defining a potential decarbonization roadmap for the organization: some groups concentrated on Hiroshima as a venue, while others explored its role as the organizer of the Flowers Festival.

The day began with an analysis of the current situation to identify the main impact areas; participants then outlined a future scenario with a classification of impacts, ultimately leading to the development of an initial roadmap of actions based on the reflections and inputs that emerged throughout the day.
