“Decarbonising Culture & Society for Sustainable Development” Forum
Within the framework of the Next Generation You – 2021 programme, funded by Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, Fondazione Santagata supported Fondazione per l’Ambiente Teobaldo Fenoglio ONLUS in a process of institutional and project development.
From this collaboration came “Decarbonising Culture and Society for Sustainable Sevelopment”: a Forum in Turin on the theme of decarbonisation in the cultural and third sector.
The Forum “Decarbonising Culture & Society for Sustainable Development” is in line with the objectives set by the United Nations through the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and the Net Zero 2050 Coalition, so as to address the challenges of climate change in culture and society, and accelerate the necessary transition towards a carbon neutral economy and an environmentally and socially sustainable community, starting from the exchange of experiences and the identification of specific solutions for these sectors.
The event is by invitation only, and will take place on 24 February 2023 at Combo Torino and at the Royal Museums of Turin.
