Co-Design Process for the 2025–2030 Management Plan of the World Heritage Site “Genoa, the Strade Nuove and the System of the Palazzi dei Rolli”
5 December 2025 – The collaborative work to define the new 2025–2030 Management Plan for the World Heritage Site “Genoa, the Strade Nuove and the System of the Palazzi dei Rolli” is moving forward. Today, the Genova Blue District hosted a co-design workshop dedicated to an in-depth exchange with the members of the Steering Committee.
After an introductory session on the structure of the Plan and its priority themes, participants worked across three parallel tables — Conservation, Development, and Connections — to outline the impact projects that will guide the management of the UNESCO site in the coming years.
This meeting marks an important step in a process launched with the February 2025 kick-off and enriched over recent months by interviews and dedicated listening sessions. It is a participatory pathway that is helping shape a shared vision and effective strategies for the protection and enhancement of the World Heritage Site.
