April 13, 2025: 7 years of Fondazione Santagata

13 April 2025 – Seven years after the establishment of Fondazione Santagata, we reflect on our journey with a forward-looking perspective.

Since 2018 – starting from the work initiated by the Silvia Santagata-EBLA research centre – we have been committed to promoting culture as a strategic driver for social and economic development through research, training, and support for organizations and professionals in the cultural sector.

Over the years, we have worked alongside cultural institutions, trained students and professionals, developed tools for applied research, built international networks, and fostered community engagement. We have operated both in Italy and internationally, generating knowledge, building strong partnerships, and receiving significant recognition.

Our work is rooted in the scientific and human legacy of Walter Santagata, which continues to inspire and guide us as we address contemporary challenges—from ecological transition to crisis response—with a deep awareness of the evolving cultural landscape and its transformative impact on society.
