As an intern you will be able to
– Enhance your educational experience through practical work and real-world case studies
– Work in an international organisation
– Learn how to write documents, analyse data and develop the scientific content of conferences, events and training courses.
You must have a degree in economics, preferably in cultural economics, or be enrolled in a PhD programme compatible with the internship.
Knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken, is required. Please note that at Fondazione Santagata about 50% of the work is done in English with international interlocutors.
The internships are full-time or part-time, depending on mutual needs, and can take place in the areas of cultural heritage, contemporary creativity, tourism, sustainability.
We welcome between 4 and 6 trainees per year.

Terms and conditions
Trainees will be remunerated on a full-time or part-time basis according to the regulations of the Piedmont Region.
The traineeship programme lasts six months, a time we consider suitable for getting to know each other and developing suitable working skills.
The traineeship is based in Turin. Smart working is also envisaged.
Will my internship lead to a job?
The internship does not automatically lead to a job at Fondazione Santagata, but our organisation is constantly growing and in our experience about one in four interns go on to work with us. With the experience gained during the internship, you can also continue your work in academia or find opportunities in cultural organisations in Italy or abroad, thanks to our references.
