Social Report of the Gallerie Estensi

Fondazione Santagata has been commissioned to draw up the Social Report of the Gallerie Estensi for the period 2015-2023.

CONTEXT

In view of the forthcoming change of management of the museum complex of the Gallerie Estensi, Fondazione Santagata has been commissioned to draw up the Social Report for the period 2015-2023.

The Social Report is a document summarising the many actions undertaken by the institution over the last eight years, in a perspective of confrontation and involvement with stakeholders.

OBJECTIVES

Through this work, the aim is to measure, in both economic and audience terms, the results of the activities and actions undertaken by the outgoing management in order to draw a full picture of the museum’s growth and development from 2015 to the present.

WORK PHASES

The activity will consist of 3 phases:

• analysis of documentation and strategic lines
• collection and analysis of implemented projects and evaluation of results;
• drafting of a summary document.

EXPECTED RESULTS

The Social Report intends to measure the development of the institution over the last eight years by measuring the actions undertaken and comparing them with the objectives of the museum’s Strategic Plan, in order to give a complete picture of the strengths and weaknesses of the Estense Galleries and thus provide guidelines for the incoming management.
