The Course

CHANGE provides a unique opportunity to develop knowledge and skills, exchange best practices, and expand professional networks. The training programme, designed in collaboration with experts in environmental science and ecological transition, along with a network of national and international professionals, includes:

  • 1 opening day (late January 2025) to introduce key topics, challenges, and the focus on Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs).
  • A repository of 10 video lectures on the economic, social, and environmental sustainability of CCIs, alongside a virtual library, offering participants flexible, asynchronous preparation tailored to their schedules.
  • 2 intensive in-person days focused on networking and participant empowerment, fostering connections and testing asynchronously acquired knowledge. These sessions use Project Cycle Management (PCM) as a key tool for sustainable project design, paired with environmental impact assessment at each project stage.
  • 1 one-on-one consultation session to identify the best match for participants’ job shadowing phase.
  • Up to 2 weeks of job shadowing in Italian or international CCIs, enabling participants to apply their learning within real-world PCM frameworks.
  • 1 final day of exchange, where participants share the solutions developed during their host organization experiences.
