Fondazione Santagata promotes active participation of citizens and highlights the role of culture in building and strengthening democracy. We believe that cultural spaces, artistic organizations, and grassroots initiatives can foster dialogue, inclusion, and access to spaces of political decision-making, providing tools to exercise rights and civic responsibilities consciously.

Through concrete projects, we work to engage marginalized groups or those underrepresented in democratic processes, such as youth, women, and people with a migrant background, supporting cultural practices that can transform local participation into systemic change and reinforce social cohesion.
